"In May 2011, My wife and I enlisted the help of Roxann to help sell our house. Roxann is the best. She helped us make decisions about staging, colors, pricing, and more. She held an open house for brokers and agents to tour the home. Due in large part to Roxann's efforts our house sold in one week in a very down market and with negotiation we received our asking price of less money for some needed, but previously unknown, roof repairs. To sell a $3000,000 plus house on the down market in one week is nothing short of amazing! There are many other realtors in the area and I am sure some are very good but there are none better than Roxann. Great attitude, a great personality, and is very realistic about pricing and expectations. Fast forward to April 2013, and I asked Roxann about whether to list as is, fix up and list or hold on to another house I own in Zephyrhills. Most realtors would say list and sell (so they can make a commission) but Roxann said to hold on for a while to yield the best results. She made nothing as a result of my decision to follow her advice. She was unselfish and I respect her for this. You can't do better than Roxann. I know I am gushing about Roxann but I want any readers to know that I am not related to her. I met Roxann through our both being Rotarians almost 20 years before and never conducted business with her until 2011. I wrote this when I noticed that no one had reviewed her on Zillow and wanted potential clients to have some info on Roxann and what she can and will do for a seller or a buyer."
